On October 10, 2006, Central Baptist College renewed its partnership with the Arkansas National Guard. Adjutant General Ron Chastain and other dignitaries arrived aboard a Sikorski UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter, landing in front of historic Bruce Hall.
CBC president Terry Kimbrow, General Chastain, his staff, and other guests participated in a signing ceremony followed by a guided campus tour and VIP luncheon in the Community Room of the Mabee Student Services Complex.
The Memorandum Of Understanding pledges financial assistance for guardsmen attending CBC on either the main campus in Conway or the satellite campus located at Camp Robinson.
Soldiers can even access courses via internet while deployed in places like Afghanistan and Iraq.
