Upperclassmen housing is a program that allows upperclassmen students to live in CBC neighborhood houses. Students enjoy increased freedom, lower housing costs, close proximity to the school, and programming suited specifically for them.
In order to be eligible for upperclassmen housing, students must have:
1. Attended college for 4 semesters.
2. 60+ credit hours (concurrent credit not accepted).
3. Good standing with the college.
Pricing Per Student
$2,500 per semester/$5,000 per year (meal plan not included).
Upperclassmen housing residents may have visitors of the opposite gender in the house between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Friday – Sunday. Visitors must be accompanied by the resident at all times. Visitors may only access common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room). Entry into resident rooms is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with visiting areas and hours will result in the removal of resident(s) from upperclassmen housing.
Upperclassmen Housing offers and array of benefits for students.
-Students are able to stay in house year-around (including breaks) for $2,500/semester.

The student is urged to carefully read the contents of the contract. The contract must be signed by the student. This contract is considered a binding agreement between the student and Central Baptist College.
