CBC Announces Several New Promotions

Central Baptist College is pleased to announce several promotions on campus. Chris Mitchell has been named Associate Vice President for Student Services. Marieca Ashworth is moving to Director of Student Services and Blake Pittman will serve as Student Activities Coordinator.
Chris Mitchell has been named Associate Vice President for Student Services. Mitchell recently served as Director of Safety &Security, Director of Housing and Dean of Students. Mitchell earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Central Baptist College PACE program.
In his new position, Mitchell will be in charge of student discipline, safety & security services, health services and campus counseling. Mitchell will also serve supervise the Director of Student Services, Director of Dining Services, and the Director of Spiritual Life.
Mitchell serves as the President of the Officer Will McGary Foundation as well as an active board member of the Arkansas Law Enforcement Assistance Program.
Chris is a member of Central Baptist Church in Conway. He is married to Chandra and they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.
Marieca Ashworth has been named Director of Student Services. Ashworth most recently served as Coordinator of Student Services. Ashworth earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Central Baptist College PACE program.
As Director of Student Services, Ashworth will assume responsibility of housing and oversee all day to day operations of Student Services and Mustang Outfitters. Ashworth is a member of Immanuel Baptist church in Little Rock. She and husband Phillip have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
Blake Pittman has been named Student Activities Coordinator. Pittman most recently served as a Personal Admissions Officer. Pittman received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Central Baptist College. Pittman will plan, promote and coordinate all student activities on and off campus. He and his wife Addie live in Greenbrier and attend Antioch Baptist Church in Conway.
