Why live on Campus?

Research shows that residential living can be an important factor in successful completion of a higher education degree.

Typically, students who live on campus earn higher grades, are less likely to drop out and have greater satisfaction with their college experience.

During the transition to college life, living on campus can help provide a needed anchor for personal and academic development. 

​

Living on campus can give students the opportunity to build closer relationships with other students,  faculty, and staff.

Campus
All full-time, unmarried students under 21, currently live outside a 40 mile radius, or have less than 4 semesters of on-campus living at any college must fill out this application each year to live in Dickson Hall.
Upperclassmen Contract
Once you are ready for house life, apply to live with a few housemates and enjoy a full kitchen, utilities, cable, internet, & yard service in one all-inclusive price that your financial aid can be applied to!

campus
Students who qualify to live off campus are required to submit this application each year that they are enrolled as a full-time student at Central Baptist College. 
Students not re-enrolling for the spring semester can pay a cancellation fee of $500.00 and be released from the academic-year-long contract at the end of the fall semester by providing written notification to the Dean of Students by January 5.

Premier Residence Hall living

All-inclusive on-campus housing. Utilities, cable, laundry, & 19 meals per week.  Dining Services is closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas & Spring Break.  Private rooms are available based on availability.

Double Room:

$4250 per sem./$8500 per yr.

Private Room:

$5000 per sem./$10000 per yr.

CBC owned & maintained houses

Juniors and seniors can live on campus all-year-round at a discounted rate.  College-owned properties near campus all students to enjoy the autonomy of living on their own while still being connected to campus.
