Director of Corporate Partnerships

Job Description: The Director of Corporate Partnerships reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM). This is a full time, 12-month position with benefits.

The position is responsible for:

      • Building relationships with Human Resource managers at corporations in the State of Arkansas.
      • Working with Human Resource Chapters in the Area, Sponsor Events, Build Relationships, Offer Free Professional Development Classes, Cater Events for HR Managers.
      • Attending monthly Human Resource Chapters breakfast/lunch/dinner meetings.
      • Sponsoring Education Fairs, Appreciation Nights including regional and statewide Conferences.
      • Working with Human Resource managers to actively promote CBC within the company.
      • Request affiliation agreements to give priority to CBC to the employees of partner companies.
      • Aiding in personal retention efforts of the non-traditional students.
      • Recruiting current non-traditional students & alumni to the volunteer recruitment program, The Mustang Ambassadors.
      • Actively working as a member of the Admissions, Registration & Graduation Committees.
      • Working with our enrollment management partner as an additional campus point of contact.
      • Budget management & supervising one direct report.

Qualifications: A successful candidate must be an individual with proven integrity, teamwork and leadership skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills that give him or her the ability to communicate at an effective level with future prospective Human Resource Managers, students and key institution constituents.  Must be self-motivated, task oriented, and must demonstrate strong attention to detail. The candidate must support the Christian identity of the college and demonstrate mature faith, Christian lifestyle, and a strong belief in the Baptist doctrine. A bachelor’s degree is required, master’s degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Recruitment or sales experience preferred. Director level management experience or greater is preferred.  Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred.

Computer Technician Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

  • Diagnoses and resolves end-user software, network or local printer problems, hardware problems and e-mail, Internet, and local-area network access problems.
  • Responsible for obtaining and thoroughly documenting all pertinent information in the diagnosis and resolution of a problem using the Zen Desk tracking system.
  • Train end users on basic hardware, software and network resources, on a one-one basis.
  • Provides Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems support including training and support requests received for Microsoft Office Suite applications and other enterprise IT and business applications.
  • Responsible for communicating with end-users regarding incident updates, phone calls and/or email notification.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively staff, faculty, and student.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and judgment when handling sensitive data.

Job Functions

Essential Functions—

Merchandises food and beverage items for the purpose of serving them to students and staff in an efficient manner.

An experiential course in multimedia skills and creative principles required for video field production and postproduction, focusing on writing, producing, planning, shooting, and editing digital media projects and assignments.

Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a thorough working knowledge of Journalism and Multimedia, commitment to high academic standards, dedication to student success, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants must support the mission of the college. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe software, Canon and Nikon equipment, Canvas and Zoom.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Multimedia, Public Relations or related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
