Behavioral Science Adjunct Faculty
Description:
The Department of Behavioral Sciences at Central Baptist College is currently seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Psychological Statistics, Psychological Research, and Test and Measurements on campus. This appointment is a part-time position with a 4-month service period and an anticipated start date of January 11, 2024-May 7, 2024.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, Human Services, or any related field. The candidate must have a record in teaching statistics in any area. Behavioral Science Faculty
The full-time faculty member at Central Baptist College is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student success, and contributing to the academic integrity of their department. Bus Driver
Job Description:
The Bus Driver is responsible for operating vehicles used to transport student athletes over specified routes to athletic games and competitions
Responsibilities:
· Inspects vehicle prior and after each use to ensure proper and safe operations

Director of admissions
Job Description
The Director of Admissions shall report directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits.
Responsibilities
The position is responsible for, but is not limited to: the development and management of the annual recruitment plan for the incoming traditional student population; developing and meeting aggressive annual recruitment goals; leading, training and managing the admissions office personnel; managing the admissions funnel communication process; producing weekly performance metrics and reports; managing the annual admissions budget; developing the campus visit experience; developing key internal and external constituent relationships; serving as the Admissions Committee Chair; serving on the Registration Committee and various accreditation committees when called upon.

Job Description
The Personal Admissions Officer will report directly to the Director of Admissions. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits.
Job Duties:
· Ability to organize a maintain a strong college recruitment strategy.
· Create and maintain relationships with prospective students, high school counselors, and community members.
· Communicate through email, text, phone calls, and in-person with prospective students and their families about the college admissions process.
· Build and make presentations at high schools and college fairs.
· Give campus tours to prospective students and their families.
· Plan and participate in CBC related on and off-campus activities.
· Travel independently to high schools, community colleges, churches, and church camps destinations across the state with the possibility of out-of-state travel.

· Perform clerical work such as data entry, review of admissions-related documents, and work within various software to create, maintain, and update student files.

Vice President for finance
Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas, seeks an innovative and experienced financial administrator and leader with a proven track record in the management of financial systems to serve as Vice President for Finance. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President for Finance (VPF) serves as chief financial officer of the College. The VPF will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the College’s finance and accounting functions, business services and auxiliary enterprises, human resources, facilities and physical plant operation, and information technology.
As a member of the President’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the VPF will support the President and will contribute to the strategic objectives and direction of the College by providing sound and ethical fiscal planning and financial management to ensure the long-term financial stability and growth of the College.
