Behavioral Science Adjunct Faculty
Description: The Department of Behavioral Sciences at Central Baptist College is currently seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Introduction to Forensic Psychology, Mental Illness and Criminal Justice, and Special Topics in Forensic Psychology on campus. This appointment is a part-time position with a 4-month service period.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Mental Health, Human Services, or any related field. The candidate must have a record in teaching statistics in any area. Applicants must be committed to high academic standards, dedicated to student success, and be dedicated to meeting the institutions mission. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Cengage MindTap, Canvas, and Zoom.

Requirements: The minimum requirement is a master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, Human Services, or related. Work experience in the field is desirable.
Preferred license or certification: LPC, LPE.
Bus Driver
Job Description: The Bus Driver is responsible for operating vehicles used to transport student athletes over specified routes to athletic games and competitions
Responsibilities:
· Inspects vehicle prior and after each use to ensure proper and safe operations
· Transports student athletes over specified routes to athletic games and competitions
· Flexibility with overnight trips and extended trips at irregular hours
· Works with Athletic Director for scheduling trips
· Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or other appropriate administrators
Qualifications:
· Current commercial drivers license with all necessary endorsements to operate all vehicles
· Must be willing to submit to background checks, including criminal and traffic records checks
· Must maintain valid medical clearance
· Compliance training also required through insurance carrier
Composition and World Literature Adjunct Faculty
Central Baptist College’s Department of Literature and Language Arts is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Composition and World Literature courses for the Spring 2023 semester.
Job description: Teach one section, Composition II, a freshman-level course
Qualifications: The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of composition and literature, a commitment to high academic standards, a dedication to student success, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of Canvas and Zoom.
Requirements: The minimum requirement is a Master’s degree in English or related. Work experience in the field is desirable. Applicants must support the mission of the college.
