Dining Services' Mission

The Mission of Dining Services is to provide all food service functions at Central Baptist College including daily meals, catering for special events, and operation of Café 52 while maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition.

Dining Services

CBC provides a complete food service for all students.  On-Campus residents' 19 meals per week are all-inclusive with room & board each semester.  Cafe 52' meals can be purchased separately.

Off-campus or 'Commuter' students may pay for meals in the dining hall individually at the cash register or dine in at Café 52.

​

Also, ask any of our Dining staff about purchasing a Commuter Meal Card!

All-You-Can-Eat!

The Dining Hall offers all-you-can-eat service with a full salad bar, deli bar, grill station, handmade pizza, soup, comfort station, and desert station.

Dickson Hall & campus house residents' meals in the dining hall are included in the cost of Room & Board (19 meals per week). Cafe 52' food is not included.

Students commuting to campus

Off-campus students are welcomed to eat in the dining hall or Cafe 52'.  Ask about purchasing a Commuter Card for meals in the dining hall. Open to the public.

Billie Rodriquez

Director of Dining Services, Chef

Originally from Hagerstown, Maryland, Billie joined the Dining Services team in 2008. She brings with her over 38 years’ experience in the food service industry. Billie received an associate degree in Culinary Arts in 1999 from the Art Institute of Atlanta and a bachelor’s in leadership through the PACE program here at Central Baptist College in 2019. Billie is the wife of Francisco and has two children, Tristan, and Hannah.

Lynsey Brown

Assistant Director of Dining Services

Originally from Guy, Arkansas, Lynsey joined the Dining Services team in 2016. She brings with her over 8 years’ experience in the food service industry. Lynsey received an associate degree in Culinary Arts in 2014 from Arkansas State University of Heber Springs and a bachelor’s in Business Administration through the PACE program here at Central Baptist College in 2021. Lynsey is the wife of Wesley and has two children, Weston, and Jaxon.
