CBC Students attend Arkansas Student Leadership Forum

On October 13th through October 15th four CBC students traveled to Little Rock to participate in the Arkansas Student Leadership Forum. The purpose of this event was for student leaders at Arkansas colleges and universities to interact with state leaders in an examination of servant leadership as demonstrated by Jesus of Nazareth. Student recommendations were submitted, and students entering their sophomore, junior and senior years were then asked to complete an application. CBC was represented by the following students: Preston Jones, Sarah Montgomery, Maxwell Sullivan, and Candra Barnett. The Forum took place at the Embassy Suites of Little Rock as well as the State Capitol. The Arkansas Student Leadership Forum begins with campus leaders and ends with a challenge to think more deeply and dream differently. Participants are not asked whether they will change the world, but rather how they will change the world.
