Central Baptist College Announces Four New Trustees
January 21, 2026

Central Baptist College announces the election of four new members to its Board of Trustees by the Baptist Missionary Association of Arkansas. The elections took place during the BMA of Arkansas Annual Meeting in November 2025. Each trustee will serve a five-year term beginning in January 2026.
Those elected include Aaron Polok of Galena, Kansas; Ashley Moore of Conway; Donna Gray of Greenbrier; and Randy Stimach of Bono.
Aaron Polok serves as pastor of First Baptist Church in Galena, Kansas. A Central Baptist College alumnus, he is also the editor of The Baptist Harold, the official publication of the Baptist Missionary Association of Kansas. His experience in ministry, publishing, and denominational leadership will provide valuable insight to the Board and help extend CBC’s reach into the Midwest among prospective students and donors. He and his wife, Janae, have one child. This is his first term on the Board.
Ashley Moore and her husband, David, are members of Central Baptist Church in Conway. She works in the corporate marketing office of First Service Bank in Greenbrier and previously served as a professor at Southern Arkansas University Tech in Camden. Her combined experience in marketing and higher education will be a strong asset to the College as it continues to strengthen its communications and institutional strategy. The Moores have two adult sons, Avery and Ayden, the latter of whom is a student at CBC. This will be Moore’s first term on the Board.
Donna Gray is a member of Caney Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Plumerville, where her husband, Michael, serves as lead pastor. Gray previously spent more than 36 years as working in the public utility regulatory field including a stent as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Public Service Commission. She later served as Vice President for Finance at Central Baptist College, concluding her service in 2014. During her time overseeing the College’s finances, the institution saw the construction of the David Watkins Academic Building, Story Library, and Dickson Hall. Her extensive knowledge of the College’s internal operations and accounting requirements will make her an excellent advisor to the administration. Donna and Michael have one adult son, James D. Gray, and two grandchildren. This will be Gray’s first term on the Board.
Randy Stimach has served as lead pastor of Herman Baptist Church in Bono, for eight and a half years. Prior to that role, he served as associate pastor, worship leader, and finance administrator. Stimach attended Arkansas State University and BMA Theological Seminary and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Ga. He previously served on the CBC Board of Trustees from 2020 to 2024. Stimach and his wife, Monica Gibson Stimach, have two adult children and one grandchild.
“Central Baptist College is blessed to welcome four individuals of exceptional character, experience, and commitment to Christ and His church to our Board of Trustees,” said CBC President Dr. Jeremy Langley. “Each of these new members brings a unique set of professional and ministry qualifications that will strengthen our governance and sharpen our vision as we continue to serve students with excellence. I am equally grateful for the outstanding group of trustees who already serve this College with faithfulness, wisdom, and generosity. Together, this Board reflects the very best of our supporting churches and partners, and I am confident their collective leadership will guide CBC forward for the glory of God and the good of the next generation.”
Founded in 1952, Central Baptist College is a four-year, private Christian liberal arts college committed to transforming lives through Christian faith and academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment.
