Central Baptist College is pleased to announce the addition of a new team member to its Admissions Staff. Carmen Thompson has joined CBC as the PACE & Online Enrollment Coordinator, bringing with her a strong background in communications, marketing, and higher education.
“We are excited to welcome Carmen to the team,” said CBC Vice President for Enrollment Management Steve Elder. “She brings with her a varied background in higher education that will significantly benefit PACE and Central Baptist College.”
A graduate of Webster University, Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications. Her professional experience includes serving as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where she developed and executed strategic outreach campaigns, and as a Financial Aid Advisor at the University of Central Arkansas, where she guided students through the financial aid process and supported their educational goals.
In her new role, Thompson will work closely with prospective adult and online learners through CBC’s PACE (Professional Adult College Education) program. She will oversee the enrollment process and support student success from initial inquiry through registration.
