ACTEB

Bringing Arkansas' Educators Together

Arkansas College Teachers of Economics and Business (ACTEB) is an association of staff members in economics, business education at institutions of higher education in Arkansas. The objective is to provide a local forum for the dissemination and collaboration of ideas on teaching, administration, and research in business and economics. ACTEB was organized at the Marion Hotel, October 30, 1950, in the interest of providing the best possible college level education in economics and business for the people of the state of Arkansas. ACTEB meets annually by visiting a campus to encourage collaboration and fellowships for members.

This meeting is a chance to get away for a day and share ideas and solutions with colleagues. Students are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the opportunity to present their research. There is no fee for students if they do not attend the lunch seminar. Paper Sessions will be held on Teaching and Higher Education, Management/Marketing, Economics and Accounting/Finance (including papers on personal finance).
