The office of the Registrar seeks to support the overall mission of the college by providing quality record maintenance for students and the institution as a whole.
We seek to keep complete and accurate statistical information for our student body, provide requested records in a timely and secure manner, and guide and encourage each student on a successful path to completion of their educational goals.
Students who wish to register for courses must be admitted to the institution before enrolling in classes. The academic calendar, schedule of classes, and the academic catalog are available online. If you need further assistance, please contact our office at 501-205-8822.
Course Withdrawal Procedure
- Student should e-mail email@example.com and list the following: a. Student Name b. Student ID # c. Course Name and Course Number d. Athletic Team (if applicable) e. Reason for Withdrawing (e.g. don’t need course, low grade, etc.)
- Registrar’s Office will remit the form to all offices for necessary signatures
- Registrar’s Office will post the withdrawal grade and notify advisor, instructor, and student once process is complete
The Registrar’s Office requires certain forms to be completed by students.
