Transcript Process Changes Effective April 1, 2020

  • All in person transcript requests will take 5 days to process and be available for pick-up: Fee $10.00

  • All online transcript requests will process instantly and be delivered to your transferring institution within days. In addition, online transcript requests come with a confirmed delivery e-receipt : Fee $10.00

The office of the Registrar seeks to support the overall mission of the college by providing quality record maintenance for students and the institution as a whole.

We seek to keep complete and accurate statistical information for our student body, provide requested records in a timely and secure manner, and guide and encourage each student on a successful path to completion of their educational goals.

Students who wish to register for courses must be admitted to the institution before enrolling in classes. The academic calendar, schedule of classes, and the academic catalog are available online. If you need further assistance, please contact our office at 501-205-8822.


The Registrar’s Office requires certain forms to be completed by students.

Transcript Request

Course Withdrawal Process

Students who wish to withdraw from a course should send an e-mail to listing the following:

      • Course Number and Name
      • Instructor
      • Reason for withdrawing
      • If an athlete – sport you play

We will facilitate the withdrawal by touching base with all offices that need to sign off on this request, then process the withdrawal and notify all parties.

The following deadlines apply  

      • Monday, April 20th – Final day to withdraw from any course with a W and
        Final day to officially withdraw from all courses for the semester (completely withdraw from school)
