Admissions Process

 

Are you are a student who just wants to take a class or two and does not want earn a full degree?  Or would you like to additional courses in summer or winter sessions?  Central Baptist College has options for you!

Part-time/Transient Admission 

If you are currently attending another college or university but would like to take a course at Central Baptist College, you’re in the right place.

Your admission to Central Baptist College will be determined once you submit the following documents to the Admissions Office:

  1. Application for Admission

  2. $25 Non-Refundable Application Fee*

  3. ACT/SAT Score Report (If applicable)

  4. Official Transcripts from All Attended Colleges and Universities**

 

*Payable upon application. Cash or check can be sent to the Admissions Office. To pay by credit/debit card please call the Business Office (501) 205-8786.

 

**Official transcripts should be sent from the requesting institution in a sealed envelope.  If a transcript is sent to you it must remain in a sealed envelope to be considered official. Each institution’s transcript request process is different. However, each institution’s website should have specific instructions

This process is only for incoming students that are not currently enrolled at Central Baptist College:

  • Consult your faculty advisor at your current institution before you register for a course to be sure it applies to your degree plan.

  • Application

  • Make Payment Arrangements with the Business Office once you receive your course registration confirmation.

  • Order your course textbooks at cbctextbooks.com.

 

Current Students

This process is only for currently enrolled Central Baptist College students:

  • Consult your CBC faculty advisor before you register for a course to be sure it applies to your degree plan.

  • Make Payment Arrangements with the Business Office once you receive your course registration confirmation.

  • Order your course textbooks at cbctextbooks.com.

 

Attendance & Withdrawal Policy

Please review the attendance & withdrawal policies in the Student Handbook or the Course Catalog before you register for a winter or summer course. In addition, you will be held responsible for all the policies that are in both of these publications.

A student who wishes to officially withdraw from a Summer Intersession course must submit a Course Withdrawal Request with the Registrar's Office. Once the form is completed it will be reviewed and processed. You are still enrolled in the class until you receive confirmation that your course has been withdrawn.

 

Tuition & Fees

Winter and Summer fees are different as well as the internship opportunities.  Please review the fees in detail before you register for a course. ​
